If you don’t plan to use the hotel block, there are plenty of other great places to stay in Charlotte. The venue is centrally located, and most hotels in Uptown, South End, or Dilworth are just a short Uber ride away.

There are also a lot of Airbnb and VRBO options in the area if you’d prefer more space or a different setup.

Uptown & Downtown Area

• Discovery Place Science – Fun for families or anyone into hands-on exhibits.
